Southampton International Exhibition is pleased to announce our esteemed judges for 2024

Sue is a former President of Southampton Camera Club and for six years enjoyed the challenging role of Chairman of the Southampton International Exhibition. This will give her great insight into what she will be seeing in your entries this year.

Sue has been travelling around judging and speaking in the Southern Counties Photographic Federation region for many years. She had the great honour of being recently promoted to be a Photographic Alliance of Great Britain national judge.

It seems Sue can’t get enough photography having joined a second camera club at New Forest, which has really helped her achieve some of the goals she likes to set herself each year.

A hairdresser by trade with an art background, Sue started painting before picking up a camera. This comes through in some of her pictures. Enjoying all genres of photography and especially nature, landscape, portraiture, still life, monochrome and creative, she does appreciate any image that is good of its type.

An International and National award-winning photographer based in Surrey, Ann Healey achieved her Royal Photographic Society Natural History Associateship in 2014 and her Fellowship in 2021, as well as gaining a raft of other FIAP, BPE and PAGB photographic distinctions and accreditations since 2013. and she now provides mentoring through her regional photographic Federation.

Renowned for her nature photography, Ann shares her passion for nature photography by lecturing as well as judging. She is a member of Molesey Photographic Club and also Richmond & Twickenham Photographic Society, running their Awards & Distinctions Special Interest Group. She is a former President of the Surrey Photographic Association (SPA) and is now the Chair of the Federation’s Exhibitions & Events Sub-Committee, organising their Biennial Exhibition and all Inter-Club Competitions.
